The Samiti endeavors to help the needy poor families by supporting them in receiving education by their children and also to help elderly persons neglected by their near and dear ones. The Samiti also takes up the cause of the suffering people living below the poverty line in India those who believe in the objectives of serving the needy poor persons should come forward and join “The Nishkam Seva Bhav Samiti, (Regd.)” so as to serve the needy poor families earnestly.
The needy people may be helped, the children of poor families may be supported to receive education, the elderly persons neglected by their near and dear ones may be supported.
The founder of this Samiti Shri Krishan Gopal Sharma, a retired Class One Officer of Punjab Govt. has initiated with the mindset that the necessacity and importance of education of the children from the poor families of villages and other slum areas with a view to improving their fate. Shri. K.G. Sharma is an honest, sincere, hard working and strictly vegetarian, God fearing, and kind hearted person. He is engaged in charitable service which is inherited from his parents. Thus having social service in his blood.
With constant guidance and support, the Nishkam Seva Bhav Samiti comprises young and old medical doctors, educationists, chartered accountants, technocrats, IT professionals, serving and retired bureaucrats, self-employed professionals, and businessmen. The samiti is determined to continue its pursuit of selfless Seva by continuing existing projects and embarking on new ones. Likeminded persons joined their hands to form the Samiti.
Educating a child is undoubtedly one of the most powerful empowerment tools. It has been well-established worldwide that if children are sent to school and pursue further studies, they can break barriers posed by traditional stereotypes.
